Iron Cooking: Ahi Tuna

Ahi Tuna (Will make enough for two)

1 pound of Ahi Tuna
1 Tablespoon of Wasabi Paste (Comes in a Jar)
2 Lemon (Juiced)
1 Package of Fresh Dill
2 Tablespoon of sesame seeds (on a flat plate)
1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil

Mix the Wasabi, lemon juice, and Chopped Dill into a bowl, then mix. Add the tuna, making sure you coat on both sides. Keep refrigerated for 30 mins.

Place the tuna onto the sesame seeds so that they stick, then flip the tuna to coat the other side.

Add the oil to your stainless steal pan. Heat the oil on medium until it starts to shimmer. Place the tuna in carefully and turn the heat to high. Cook for two minuetes per side.

Then let rest for a min or two, and Enjoy
